What if I miss my appointment?
Reschedules allowed during the reschedule period. The cost to reschedule a missed booking is $25. Once the reschedule period has ended the class fee will be forfeited - NO Exceptions. The reschedule period is 7 days after the missed/cancelled booking. The opportunity is considered null on the 8th day.
What if I am running late for my experience.
Please arrive 10-15 min prior to class start time. We cannot stress the importance of timeliness. You will be denied entry if tardy. There is a 15 min window after doors open for guest to get settled. The lesson is a group experience so please be kind to your classmates and be prompt. If you experience an unforeseen issue and realize you will be tardy, please text 305.760.9021 immediately.
Can I bring Food to my appointment?
NO outside food or drinks are allowed. Please contact your host for details if you desire to bring cake/dessert to celebrate an occasion. There is a $25 fee associated with outside desserts.
Food is provided from “Cuz and Dem Seafood Shack” we do not have a kitchen therefore all food is prepared in a licensed kitchen, and you may order upon arrival.
Do you take cash?
NO cash is kept on premises. Please bring digital payment forms. We currently do not accept cash.
Do we allow walk-in appointments?
NO walk-ins allowed. You must reserve your seats online in advance, Seating is limited. If you do not see any availability online, please call or text 305.760.9021 in advance to inquire about any last min additions.
Will I be seated with my group?
Seating is on a first come first serve basis therefore, if you have a group, please arrive at the same time to try to ensure you are seated together. Otherwise, it is no guarantee that your full party will be seated together.
Do we allow tips?
Our team accepts and welcomes tips. Our goal is to provide you with an experience. While tipping is optional it is greatly appreciated.
Do I need identification?
All participants will be required to present a photo ID & sign a release of liability waiver prior to class start. There is no EXPECTION. If any guest refuses to sign the waiver you will not be serviced and you will forfeit the reservation fee.
Are children allowed?
Must be 18+ to attend Friday night Vibes & Saturday Night Vibe out sessions. We will be checking ID at the door. Children may attend Sunday afternoon sessions and private event bookings.
Is there free parking?
Google "EVENT Code Hollywood Directions" and click directions. The pink building is where you will find us. The parking lot to the right of the church is where you will park. Do not use "pastor and/or First Lady Parking spots. Parking is FREE!!
Do we provide refunds?
NO refunds - ALL Sales are FINAL. (NO Exception) Please ensure you order the correct experience and ensure you are prompt to ensure no financial distress to yourself.
